DOMESTIC STANDARD CARGO
The duration of the order may vary depending on the type of product, address information and preferred delivery method. Depending on the density level, the delivery time may be extended in certain periods. Your order will be delivered within 7 working days at the latest. Shipping cost belongs to the customer for the first purchase, return and exchange. You can find more detailed information in the "Returns" section. It is not possible to make a cargo exit on the weekend.
RETURN, CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
At uactivewear we hope you'll be happy with your purchase, but if you want to return our products, you can get a 100% refund. In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, please read the return conditions below carefully. If the product you purchased complies with the return conditions, it will be sufficient to fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and send it to us together with the products.
1. I WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED, WHAT CAN I RETURN?
You can return the products whose protective elements such as the label, original box / packaging, tape, seal, package have not been damaged and therefore have not lost their resalable feature. Promotional and gifted products are also subject to these conditions. You must also send us the invoice of the product you want to return, along with the product.
Used, washed, damaged packaging will not be accepted. Even if not used, cosmetics, underwear, all kinds of personal care products, etc. Once the products are unpacked, they cannot be returned.
2. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I HAVE PURCHASED?
First of all, make sure that the products you want to return comply with the return conditions. If appropriate, you can return the product within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date.
Product return payment is made by the customer. You have to send the product with Yurtiçi Kargo.
For free shipping, it will be sufficient to specify our customer code 441 436 369 to Yurtiçi Kargo and the code 441 436 369 as the return code.
The reason for the return of the products is important in order to speed up the shipping process together with the processed and signed invoice.

When the products you have sent in line with the above information reach us, the return is approved if they comply with the return conditions stated above, and when your return is notified to your bank, your phone number or e-mail address in your membership information will be notified. Repayments vary depending on the bank's internal processes and delays may occur. Please follow these processes through your bank.
3.CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENT OF MY ORDER OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
It is not possible to change the content of the approved orders. After the product reaches you, you can apply for the return procedure. You can also cancel your order and place a new order.
Returns of orders are only possible before they are shipped. If your order has not been delivered to the cargo, you can send your request via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call our support line during working hours during the week. It is not possible to cancel the orders placed by cargo. You can apply for the return procedure within 30 days after you receive the product.
After your order cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed in the same way as the payment method of your order. Repayments vary depending on the bank's internal processes and delays may occur. We ask you to follow these situations through your bank. In addition, the refund of installment payments is made in installments as per bank processes.
4. TERMS OF DELIVERY
[uactivewear does not work on weekends or public holidays.] If your cargo comes from Istanbul, it will reach us in at least [1 (one)] business days, if it comes from other cities of Turkey, it will reach us within [2 (two)] business days. Once your return is received by us, it may take up to [7 (seven)] business days for it to be processed and refunded if it complies with the return conditions. If the payment is delayed due to reasons caused by third party banks in the repayment process, Uactivewear will not be held responsible for the delay.

3D Secure System
3D Secure is a technology that offers a safer shopping opportunity for payments made by bank and credit card over the internet. There is a 3D secure system in the uactivewear infrastructure.
Your credit card information is not recorded in our system. It is shared directly with the bank.
